Namalco Construction Services Limited has ensured that all employees are aware of the existence of this Policy, and their responsibilities to support it. This Policy is kept up-to-date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the Policy and how it has operated will be reviewed every year.
In furtherance of this policy, Management will:
Design facilities, establish practices, provide training, and conduct operations in a manner that safeguards workers, property, and the communities in which it operates.
Respond quickly, effectively, and with care to emergencies or accidents resulting from its operation; co-operating with industry organization and authorized government agencies.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and apply responsible standards of its own, following best practice, where regulations do not exist.
Undertake appropriate reviews and evaluations of its operations to measure progress and to ensure compliance with this Safety Policy.
We believe that the only successful projects are those that are executed safely and completed with an exemplary safety record. Therefore, we pledge to provide the time and resources necessary for our people to perform their duties in the safest manner possible. The Management of Namalco Construction Services Limited is committed to safety and we insist that the Supervisors of our employees and the employees themselves put safety first and foremost when carrying out their duties.

In the aspiration of the prevention of injury to our people and damages to our property as well as the environment, the following POLICY shall prevail within Namalco Construction Services Limited under the following circumstances.
Operations Manager, Supervisors, and Foremen are accountable and responsible for ensuring that the STOP WORK POLICY is exercised accordingly under the above circumstances to ensure the ultimate goal of An Injury Free Work Place can be achieved across Namalco Construction Services Limited work locations.
